Regal Property Management holds all prospective tenants to the same standards when processing applications as part of the fair housing act. Applications are approved on a three-part evaluation; all parts must be approved to have an application approved. The three parts are credit check, monthly income-to-rent check, and following-up with previous landlords (or personal references). Please fill out the application completely to ensure the fast processing of an application. Once completed application can be scanned/emailed, faxed, or dropped off at the office (if the office is closed, it may be submitted in the secure drop box outside the main entrance). All submission information can be found on the footer of the application.
