Due to the situation created by COVID-19, Regal Property Management (RPM) remains concerned with the health and safety of both our residents and staff. Therefore, in an effort to help keep everyone safe, the RPM physical office will now be closed to the public from Wednesday, August 5, 2020 until further notice. However, the entire RPM staff will be working and conducting business as usual.
While we are closed to the public, RPM will be available during regular hours via email / phone and will be using the office for scheduled appointments when appropriate. During appointment times, we ask all individuals to please wear a face mask.
Even though our office is closed to the public, we are staffed and ready to serve you. Here is a reminder of the ways in which you can reach us for service:
Regal has a secure drop box located outside of our office. Please feel free to place keys, Lease Renewal paperwork, applications and payments into the drop box. The drop box will be checked by staff multiple times throughout weekdays and weekends. Our office does not accept any cash payments.

All emergency maintenance requests will be completed as normal. Non-emergency maintenance request will be assessed and scheduled for later date.
